Evo won't power up

[Got Diesel]

I went to put the truck on the 80 horse setting from the 100 horse setting, and the evo was dead when I plugged it in. It didn't power up or nothing. Help please.

Check cigarette lighter, good chance the fuse is blown. OBDII port uses same fuse as cig. lighter/power port...if those don't work, programmer won't work.

Thanks, didn't know that they were the same fuse, but cig lighter isn't working. Thanks.
