i like mine
Scattered,
Smothered (with onions)
Covered (with cheese)
Chunked (with ham)


with salt sprinkled on them and ketchup all over!

Topped (with Bert's Chili)

A meal affectionately known in the Ray household as "ALPO" for its uncanny resemblence to canine rations. Looks gross, but tastes great. I get a double order, but later in the day, make sure you stand upwind.

There's a reason there are no Waffle Houses up North. Those Yankees embarass themselves by trying to put sugar on grits. Such an act is a second degree misdemeanor in four Southern states. They've hung people in Alabama for less!

Hash browns are a main ingredient in dirty eggs, which is browned chorizo and everything else in the fridge with eggs cooked on top.

So basically if I'm at waffle house I tell them>> Tripple everything but chili, and cook the eggs with it.
