mileage reading in truck

hey guys i was wondering if any of you have noticed this happened with you all as well....ever since i installed the superchip microtuner, it has sent my in cab fuel mileage display through the roof. it says im constantly getting 20 mpg and if i reset it on the highway it will go up to around 35. anyone else seen this happen, and if so is there anything to correct it outside of removing the chip?

All trucks with the overhead mpg guess o meter does the same thing when a programmer is loaded. Unfortunately there's no way around it

lol mine only reads wrong by 1-2 MPG so i have no problem with mine.

Yeah mine does the same thing, I have the bully dog 6 position. Stock aint all the accurate either.
