I bought a 1976 Toyota FJ40 in Phoenix area and need to get it to Texas. Its about 1100 miles from me and I'm looking at cost of transport versus going to get it myself. It is a running driving vehicle so loading is no problem.

I thought about Bama?

hey whatagrandpa, thanks for thinkin bout me.

i believe 550.00 is a fair price. i checked out the prices from AZ to TX on the dispatch website we use, and that is the middle price for that move.

just send me PM, and let me know if i can help.

i sent you a PM too, with my contact number.

thanks, stephen.

fj40 is about 3500#. you can drag it on a conventional car trailer. i would NOT use a tow dolly for it w/o disconnection the driveshaft. DAMHIKT.
where are my manners- FJ's ROCK! they are truley bullet proof and a blast to drive. enjoy it!

ok thats wll w/in the safe zone of my 7k two axle trailer 18ft trailer...
next question does it RUN...or would it have to be winched on to the trailer.

i would of course take all necessary precautions but i wouldnt be
liable...i have hauled more expensive things for friends...for a lot less (the
cost of fuel).
