no body is sayin anything the individuality...lord knows plenty
would wonder why i have 13 speakers in my truck.

but certainly there are practical limits to a truck being so high
(no differently then there are limits to something being speed bump
ripping LOW).

i know others are wondering that the "job" of this truck is...and
if its a daily <legal> driver...speaking of which...from the drivers seat...
what IS the <closest> distant in front of the truck that can be seen...

Well, Amp Research could make the first set of retractable step ladders for it. As a rolling billboard I can see where it would be hard to ignore. I can appreciate the time and engineering that went into it. Love to see a video clip of this vehicle off road and see what it can actually do.

Damn, when I clicked on the pics, I half expected to see the motor hangin belowthe bumper, like Bigfoot. So are you going show truck or is this gonna be driven on a daily basis? Might want to install a few cameras.

It will really only be driven on the weekends, I work so much and have a wife and two kids so I gotta spend time with them too. Cameras are a must, I need to find a set-up that has four angles for all four sides.

So what is the total height of the truck? Looks like 10-12 feet.

The butt end of the truck needs to come up another 4" so when I measured it the other day from stack tip to the ground it was 10' 11" tall. That being 4" off roughly it's about 11' so good guess on your part.:thumbs

That's the second time you asked what it's job was, if you read my post I am referring to the BRACING doing it's job, i.e. holding the weight of the suspension components but being fabricated in such a way that the steel doesn't look terrible. That's all I meant. And if anyone else is wondering what my truck's job is they haven't said anything, just you..... I have a work truck that's practical, for hauling and anything else I might need. This truck's JOB is to be a hobby, nothing more then that. I can see just fine out of the front window but if I am ever coming through texas I will call you and give you complete notice, so god forbid, you and I don't have to share the same road together in fear that I might roll this thing. I don't know what I did wrong here, just wanted to share a couple progress pictures for the guys on here that like this stuff, so sorry if my truck sucks, it's rediculous ,too high, can't haul with it, etc. I don't get on your posts and do this let's be respectful here please.:)

Well I sincerely apologize if that is true. No hard feelings here and I hope the like-wise with yourself. The truck is on it's way to being legal with the help of the local police department. :)
