I have a 2000 F350 4x4 with a manual transmission. My parking brake goes to the floor with no effort and does not hold the truck even on a slight incline.

I have looked all along the e-brake cable and found no point of adjustment. I pulled the right rear wheel off and still do not see any adjustment point.

Does anyone know how to adjust this parking brake?

OK, I took the wheel off and found that that when I engage the parking brake, I could not turn the rotor by hand, so it is still working to some extnet, then took the rotor off. (I had no idea that there was a pad under there).

After 260,000 miles the pad is completely gone. I still cant find an adjustment screw but Im hoping that if I replace the pads, the brake will engage enough to hold the weight of th truck.

Any input would be appreciated.

There is a drum inside of the rotor and it adjusts like regular brake shoes, with a star adjuster nut.

Like Dave said..
On the back of the brake plate there is a "Rubber" grommet (if its still there) about 1" in length, remove the grommet, then use a thin flat blade screw driver to turn the wheel, it will only turn in one direction (with moderate ease), this will help adjust the brake. I recommend turning the wheel, till you just barely feel the shoes rubbing the surface, repeat the process for the other side.

i finally got it. After I dismantled the entire passenger side drum and removed the drum pads (putting them back on was fun with all the springs and clips) I found what was obviously the star wheel for adjustment.

I left the pads on the drivers side and removed the drum to adjust this side.

Now that I read the comments I remember seeing a flat spot on the back side of the drum. Thats where the lightbulb came on. This is obviously the spot where the grommet used to be and a thin screwdriver would have indeed worked to adjust the parking brake.

In regards to iracemine's comment on the search, I searched every variation of the words, 'parking', 'emergency', 'brake' and 'adjustment' I could think of and couldnt find any threads on this topic. Those pictures probably wouldve saved me about 5 hrs of greasy messy work :)
