I got it and recommend it greatly, but lets see what anybody else has to say

does it leave your tq locked when you let off the throttle? or does your truck go through that "let me spin up then re-engage crap?"

well, i must be honest, im a little confused about what you're asking

if you're asking if the tires spin, yes they do (atleast mine do), so i apologize for my brain's slow pace ;)

What he means is when you let off the fuel does the torque converter unlock and then when you get back on it, there is the short period of time that it takes to lock back up.

I saw a few mentions about voiding warrenty. I have been looking around trying to figure out my next set of upgrades and saw this on the superchips faq.

Q: Will it void my warranty?
A: No. It is illegal for a dealership to void your warranty based solely on the fact that you have installed an aftermarket product.
For information regarding denial of warranty coverage, go to the SEMA website.

You are trying to almost double the power output and you want Ford to pick up the bill if it breaks?

That's part of the reason costs are rising on new trucks, IMO.

You play you pay! Isn't your warranty pretty close to being up? 2000 model...5 year warranty...it's 2006??

Performance chips

I just came accross a deal on e-bay for some over run chips for ATS. The seller, scotng is selling these for $250.00. This is a steal for a 6 position chip with the controler. I got mine yesterday and put it in today. I wouln't even look at a programmer for this money. 6 positions on the fly. This is more fun than a guy should have. Check it out.
