I have a 2006 6.0L with the MBRP cat back exhaust. Thinking of removing the cat. and replacing with the cat delete pipe. In fact it's on order. (AFE) Is this a good move or not? Pro's and Con's? Will I benefit or suffer from this mod.?

Yes remove the cat, I did and not only does it sound better and louder the truck takes off quicker. The only down fall is the turbo is louder, it sounds like a jet at first when you take off then a low tone of a big block sound rumbles you off.:thumbs
good luck George

mbrp ? it allows you to remove the cat w/out ALTERING it...
its a 15min job to swap the cat in/out w/ the test pipe (ive done
it 3 times on 2 different trucks...long bed and short bed crew cabs...

one had the factory exhaust the other a full turbo back mbrp...

neither truck took any longer than the other to remove/replace
the cat or the test pipe.

How come it has to go back on, Robert?:dunno My last inspection, the guy didn't even bother driving or looking underneath the truck once he saw it was a oil-burner. :dunno

Delete it, When you bring it in for service just bolt it back in unless your dealer doesn't care. My mechanic at the dealership told me not to bother putting it back in when it comes in for service
