Did my annual spring cleaning today before heading out to the river. Any of you guys paint underneath or am I a nut like my wife tells me? I paint the undercarriage every two or three years. I just blast it off real good with the pressure washer and let it dry for a couple of days then shake-em and shoot-em. Seems to keep it rust free. Have probably did it a three or four times since the truck was new. It is amazing how much of an improvement $10 worth of paint makes. I shoot the axles, springs and frame. I use Krylon Rust Tough Enamel. I use Gloss Black for most of it and hit a few details like the shocks and sway-bar links with battle ship Grey. The Grey is the same color that Trail-master puts on there SSV Shocks.

Stop rust before it happens. Spray Krylon Rust Tough Rust Preventative Enamels directly on your metal surfaces. It chemically converts any rust formation to a black waterproof primer. It stops future rust from forming and dries to the touch in less than 30 minutes. No primer needed!
