Update on my throttle steer:
After inspecting everything I found that the drop arm (tie-rod end) that connects to the pitman arm was bad. I had replaced it with a MOOG part already, but it went bad after a couple weeks. Replaced it again and I've had no further throttle steer. Must have bveen a bad part to only last 3 weeks.
