Question Torque Converter?

Whats the best converter for the an E40D? I heared a lot of good stuff about the Precision Industries torque converter. Does any body know the price on this converters? ;tu

Last time I checked they were between $1500 and $2000, and it probably is one of the best TC's you can put in an E4OD. Its the TC that BTS uses in his rebuilds. You might also give John Woods a call since you are in Salinas, he might have something for you as well. He's down in Holtville.

Ya I already communicated with John woods and he told me he had a 6.4l torque converter with a 7.3l billet cover . The price was good....$750 for it.

dont let the price tag scare you, i gained 2mpg city when i put in my ATS low stall converter, so it has more than paid for itself!

And for rebuild kits? Suncoast or Racer X? :dunno Which one is better? Anyone use one of their kits. Pros Cons? Recommandations. :)
