I have had my rig in to dealer numerous times- just recently EGR issues-last summer injectors. I have a Magnaflow TB- there has not been any issue- as a matter of fact- the last time in they had to pull it apart. After driving it heard a banging noice at the firewall- took it in they readjusted it(down pipe) as they had reinstalled it incorrectly. No issue. So you should have no problem
