This came with my '01 350 it used to be a railroad truck and it has taps off the power steering lines I imange for the track wheels. But this does nothing from what I have found playing around with it it does read the RPM with a digital readout, it was in the way of taking out the stick so I removed it.

Looks like a factory installed engine speed control. I imagine you set the rpms and it holds them where you have set them. Looks sort of like the high idle controller.

"The AIC in 2005-up PSDs is now called SEIC. Stationary Elevated Idle Controller. It's standard - built into the PCM. But it requires some wiring to get it to work, and it helps if you also have the optional Upfitter Switches. "
