I got the chip from Tony today, and I'll install it this weekend.
To Dave Ben: what do you think I was trying to do? I e-mailed and phoned him and was just updating the thread cause it took 18 days to arrive. no need for smart @$$ comments.
SORREE for livin'...

Good, ohpe your happy with it. I talked to Tony today and mentioned the thread, he'd been out of town since last week so thats why he was so hard to get ahold of.

Talked to Tony Wildman and he thinks it's a "HPOP can't keep up" code. says it's no big deal and if I want I can get it re-programmed. Also he told me I can get a super duty HPOP and that'll getr done!! How much does a factory late model HPOP run? Wher do I get one?

I Found these HPOPS at Delphi. Which is the one that'll fit my 97 and stop the C.E.L. problem? Tony says I need one form a newer super-duty. Do I also need an IPR or can I run the existing one?
