It takes all of 20 minutes and that includes getting the tools, changing the CPS, putting up the tools and getting a cold one.

THANKS to all of you who posted...

I ordered the part off eBay, 2 for $110, then contacted my grandson, presented him with a printout of the instructions, let him read same on this site as well as study the pictures.

He really is not mechanically inclined and it took him some time to locate the part and to remove same. All in all, from start to finish, about an hour. After he finished, he said he could do it again in about 5 minutes top.

Truck runs fine and I am really now at ease.

You folks are the best and thanks ever so...

Glad to got it fixed and most of all that you saved hundreds of dollars. 2 for $110 is a good buy and now you have a spare :sweet Don't forget to come back and visit..
