    Turn signals inop!!!

When the switches go bad, usually one of the first problems is the flashers... did you check them? They are part of that switch.

    rear axle anti-sway bar

I used one off a 96' HD 250. Almost the same, I just had to "slide" the fuel tank over 1/4" for clearance. BIG difference in the handling and the right price... FREE.:D

    I got the SHAKES!

How about your driveshaft.., Have you checked to see if you've slung a wieght or something? While we're on the weights, are they all on your new tires :dunno , I once was talked into trying some Daytona's and while they were being balanced I took note the SMALLEST amount of weight needed was...

    Response from WWW server

I'm not sure if this is the place for this, but I quite regularly have the server pause, sometimes even lose the connection. :dunno I can't figure wether it's the pipe to the net or perhaps the server. In another life I did IT. :( I have a crappy DSL connection (Alltel monopoly, I'm a Cbeyond...

    CPS Failure? or not?

Pardon if I've already posted this  (been busier than a one legged man at a butt kick'in contest! :p ) Check your under hood relays. (I believe 2002 or so, Ford started putting all the fues' in one pannel.) I wasted $$$ on my CPS when I needed a relay. If memory serves me right you...

    Transmission Fluid Change

Yep, I got mine instock from NAPA. Probably not as economical as other options. :dunno

    4X4 question

When you switch from 2x to 4x I'm certain what you hear is the X-fer case engageing. I doubt you'd hear the hubs over the engine unless you where standing right by them while someone else engage the 4x4. I recommend running in 4x4 on a regular basis (couple times a month) on straight roads...

    Did some more projects today....

Daryl, any concerns about the heat that'll be generated with both elements blazing? My OEM headlight enclosures are CRAP -mad Earlier this year I removed them to clean the inside since over time that good ole GA clay finds its way in there, and with just soap and water close to HALF my...

    4X4 question

Well with out a bio on your truck I'll assume when you say "switch" you have ESOF. This would mean your hubs actually state Auto and Locked. This is a redundant feature. The auto hubs are actuated by vacuum and have had reliability issues in the past so Ford decided to give us the option of...

    Tranny Fluid Prices

Well I can say the by-pass is the pipe "jumpered" between the feed and the return of the tranny fluid. From what I learned from Gregg Evans, he said the fluid kinda "recirculates" until a thermostat like device opens allowing flow past the "jumper" to the coolers. :dunno The reason he and I...

    Tranny Fluid Prices

Hmmm.. Do you mean you have a CNC/special machine to put the drain in the T/C, then balance it? May not be a big deal :dunno , just seems it probably was originaly balanced and at the speed it rotates, that may mess up some stuff. Not to mention the potential contamination from metal shavings...

    Mo guages

Nope, I'm WAAAAYY to lazy to do that. You'd see while the fat isn't in the fingers, it some how found its way a little further south. :( I used a wrench on the 45 degree fitting and patience (which I have in SHORT supply. ;) )

    Tranny Fluid Prices

You can mix them, even though you'd be losing some of the advantage. If I'm not mistaken, you might have a drain plug on your T/C. :sweet Just make sure you have the tool to turn the flywheel and don't try and shadetree it like I did :( You don't even want to know!

    Mo guages

Well the magic fitting is a 45 degree 1/8" male - female unit. Biggest PITA is you have to assemble your fittings one piece at a time.. now that is asking for a leak  My fuel gauge is mostly ROCK steady :D that's what happens when your darn gauge is stuffed full of glycerin...
