    78. Yeah 78. -popcorn That is: with a 6X12 enclosed trailer traveling from Tn to CO. It hits a perfect pull at that speed. Plus it chops the driving time by quite a bit. Now with the camper I go quite a bit slower :) :sweet

    Alternator replacement

    WOW! Things actually work better now. The A/C fan speed is higher, the A/C itself seems to work better. The Wait-to-start light goes out faster. I guess the alternator was slowly failing and the batteries were slowly going bad also. IT even seems to run better and now it's getting 50mpg :)

    Not real happy about mileage now!

    I'd double the "check the tire pressure" especially if you took it in anywhere to have service done. Rarely do you find a regular mechanic that knows it is right to have over 55psi in your tires. I used to 75 in my F-350 all the time.
