    Bump in reverse...?

    Could be that brake pads have worn out and come loose from the backing plate. Just pull the wheel off and check out the brakes. Ask me how I know...the pad itself was sitting between the rotor and dust shield thing.

    I have not looked at my truck yet. Appears to be near the top of the oil filter, so I would say bottom of motor on drivers side.

    Here is a good link for those with a truck built during the cutover period. Check for yourself via an inspection hole.

    I would get a second battery in there and remove the chip, or put it in the stock setting, and see if the problem continues. Search 'CPS' on here...common problem.

    Be prepared to hear stupid questions from the younger folks in class. Just remember, they don't have your worldly experience. I am not quite your age but I have to bite my tongue in class from time to time.

    Calupin Volcano north west New Mexico

    We stopped by there the first of the year. It is a very scenic place. Driving my truck up there was crazy...I can't imagine driving a bus up there!
