Also check the fuel bowl drain. Mine drains down on to the front axle when it is open. I've had to replace mine a few times. the yellow lever on the passenger side rear of the fuel bowl.

Thanks, I have an early 99 and when it is on the on the stock setting, I have to push the pedal about 1/2" to get it to respond. With the SuperCHIPS installed I get a response as soon as the pedal moves.
