    Help Needed Poor fuel mileage

IDSTROKER is too kind, but he's right I do drive like an old man trying to get better mileage and even before I put the stacks on, my mileage wasn't any better. At one time I had just the 315's with a leveling kit and my mileage was still not that good, maybe I need to get on it more often. Lol:lmao

    Help Needed Poor fuel mileage

My truck isn't getting very good fuel mileage compared to my buddy IDstroker, who has pretty much the same setup as mine but has a year newer truck. He averages 15 to 18 miles to the gallon, where I'm lucky if I get 10 to 12 miles. We've put our heads together and have tried a few other things...

    Question Turbo boot problem

I got a kick out of Big White when I told him about the hair spray, he was afraid it would blow up when he started his truck. I laughed and told him that the aerosol inside the can is what makes hair spray flammable.

    Question Turbo boot problem

I really appreciate you guys for responding so quickly, it makes sense that the oil on or inside the boot, would make it easy for it to come off again. Big White I know didn't clean any of the surfaces,he just put the boot back on where he was on the road. I'll tell him to clean and treat the...

    Question Turbo boot problem

:dunno My brother-in-law Big White is having issues with his 6.0 turbo boot and pipe on the compression side of his turbo blowing off all the time. He's had to keep putting it back on but it continues to come off. He replace the boot with a new stock Ford boot, but with some of the modes he's...

Most of the time when an ABS light comes on and won"t go off it's your wheel bearings, according to our experience.

    Question Need new Tires

I am looking at replacing my worn out Cooper STT's with new skins and have been debating on a couple of possibilities. Tires have become so expensive, as fuel prices have gone through the ceiling, and after checking with my local tire dealers, I've found that an arm and a leg isn't even enough...

    comment Purchasing FICM Modules

Me and Big White decided after testing our modules that we are going to order two 58v FICM Modules from Swamp Diesel. From what eveyone is saying, these modules will really wake up our trucks and add more rwhp.:thumbs

    Question FICM Prices

Do you have to send any Info about your truck so they can tune their Module to your truck or do you take your Module off and send it to them?

    Question FICM Prices

Both me and my brother-in-law Big White have 6.0's and need to replace our fuel modules. We've looked around and most local dealers want a lot of money for their modules. Does anyone know where we can get one of these Modules for a little better price? Would appreciate your input. :dunno

    New Member Hello from Idaho

Thank you all for such a warm welcome, I really apreciate it. I'm still trying to find my way around and with my friend ID Stroker's help, I'll have my signature page and picture up soon. I've been a Ford Diesel owner since 02 and love my 7.3 powerstroke, so I'm proud to be part of the Superduty...
