tuner and dpf delete?
You could do the SCT tuning from Eric at Innovative. I'm sure he can put the same tunes that he runs on the livewire on a Xcal 3 for you. That, or pick up the H+S XRT Pro tuner with their dpf/doc delete pipes. That way you don't have to swap the sensors over all of the time. That's a royal PITA....- rustinh1

Sorry it took me so long to respond. 1: is there any major difference between the mini and max besides the size? Nope, not really that I can tell. I've installed both on customers' trucks now. 2: is there any advantages to buying the KEM tunes with the H&S tuner? I like Mike's tunes...- rustinh1

Well I have to say I LOVE the truck with the tunes, but I am unimpressed with the mileage unless I'm towing. I used to get 4-5 mpg towing 26k, and now I'm getting close to 10 with the H+S hand calculated. For typical driving highway, town, etc I'd have to say I haven't seen an increase at...- rustinh1

oil exchanger issue
Talk to the dealer nicely about it and see if you can get Ford to at least split the bill with you. A lot of times they will go 50/50 on a just out of warranty repair. Plus, Ford has an updated oil cooler that doesn't fail like the original unit. That should be another feather in your cap on...- rustinh1

EGR delete cost?
I'd say 4 hours of billed time or so. It's down there a ways. I did mine while the cab was off and the headstuds were going in, so I can't give you a certain number. You might call the dealer and see what it pays to replace an egr cooler hour wise and that will give you and idea of how many...- rustinh1

4x4 not going in
If the line to the hubs is holding vacuum consistently, you've also ruled out the hub o-ring as well. I'd say it's the solenoid on the passenger front inner structure.- rustinh1

Make sure you have them get you the updated cooler. The original had the fatal flaws causing it to do what it did on your truck.- rustinh1

Honest truth, I would say it's a decent deal depending on what the toy hauler is worth. I would head stud it and EGR delete it if I were to buy it. I have done that to my last three 6.0s and never had an issue. A coolant filter is a good option as well. Now, if you wanted to buy a 2005...- rustinh1

Help Needed Engine leak need assistance please
That or you have a boost hose that's torn and the oil is sitting in the valley of the motor and slowly dripping down. I've replaced a couple of them on different trucks. Typically it's the HP hose right on top of the motor. It's about 54 bucks from Ford.- rustinh1
