    Mines doing the same. I'm ready to weld the nut on. I can't figure out why you would bolt the dipstick tube on anyway. There's an on the engine repair to replace the oring but the problem is I can't remember where I read it...But it scared me enough not to attempt it...

    I don't know of any disadvantages but the advantages I've seen is that the heater works a whole bunch better than before. Before it took for ever to get the cab warm now it can get 3 degrees cooler than hell inside (the wife loves it...).I think the truck runs better with it but that could be me...

    I check this program out every now and then to see how extreme they go with the restorations and noticed that on every one I've seen they've shaved the door mirrors off. That would drive me crazy not having a mirror. Maybe I'm missing something here but then again I don't care much for the 18"...

    A little over 120 in my 70 Chevelle SS (got scared). Talk about boats, I came out of a flat bottom at about 50 or so. Long story as to why. Guys on the beach said I looked like a ragdoll skipping across the water. Actually I think I got 2 good skips then the ragdoll... Nothing like a power...

    I'm hoping they'll change the mix for the winter. It doesn't get that cold here but 40 is about the average from November to July...and I've pulled the fuel heater cause it was broken. Guess I should get it fixed.

    I've noticed it's a lot quieter at speed. It doesn't seem to idle as loud as before but I can't really tell. The exhaust doens't smell like #2 and I seem to hungry for chinese more now... anyway I'm sold. I'm not sure what the mix will be this winter cause they're selling B99 at the moment...

    What to expect

    Well tonights the night...I fill up with B99 on my way home and I just found out it dropped 3 cents a gallon while dino went up...I'll have about a quarter tank on the back and a couple of gallons on the front when I fuel tonight. Ron
