    fuel mileage I thought I was tuning for mileage, ever since 2001. I have huge power increases but still only 15.8 in town and 17.00 on the road. My Nephew has 6.2 GM that pulls down 23mpg with no problem.

    4" Down Pipe HELP

    down pipe help. What are everybodys thoughts on down pipe size. I have been told that the power band is stronger and wider with a 3.5 down pipe. Personally I have never tuned a diesel with exhaust except for opening things up.

    sway bar Boy, I'm either cheap or thrifty. I don't like to buy things in box's. Waste of a good tree. At a local wrecking yard you can get a F-350 dually bar. There huge and are allot of bang for your buck.

    mpg I've finally burned a full tank in my X. The mods do help if you can stop eating rice rockets for lunch. I have pulled 20.9 in town and rural mix. I think ther is some more left. I need to figure out how to over ryde o/d so it can be energized earlyer.

    grille exchange I've seen alot of these kits on e-bay to doo the grille and headlights. I think I'll do the headlights but stick with the X grille. It's the best for ram air intakes like mine.

    coolant What ever coolant you choose you should get the test strips and keep an eye on ph level and additive package. The coolant might still keep it from freezing but if its not protected for corosion you will plug the radiator and eat your block up from he inside out!

    CPS Heh there guys. Be prpared for this failure. I took the bolt out,chased the threads and antisiezed the bolt. I grew up in a house where if it didn't need lock-tite, it needed antisieze.
