    Thanks for the reply... I did buy a tube of Ford PTFE lube part number XG=8 and will use that on the splines. You are referring to the slip yoke, right? This is a 2011 truck, with only 19,000 miles on it... I wouldn't think those splines need greasing, but you never know!

    Mine also makes some noise, when the TC locks up. It almost sounds like a combination of a chain being rattled and a hiss. I was told by my tranny guy, that it's the TC lockup clutch slipping (Or something to that effect) and that a new TC is in my truck's future.

    Question Vibration above 2500RPM's?

    Anytime I rev my 94 above 2500, I can feel a vibration in the stick and in my clutch foot. I'm sure they still used the DMF on the OBS strokes.... Could that be where it's coming from? If not there, would drive shaft balance be the culprit? Any ideas appreciated!
