No Horn or Cruise Control

I was driving home today and noticed that, out of the blue, my horn AND my cruise control don't work now. I check all the fuses inside and under the hood. They're all good. I pulled the horn pad off, and made sure everything was still connected, then jiggled the wires while trying to blow...
