    they need the spline count, I think a dana 44 has a 30 spline count on the inner shaft not sure what the outer stub shaft is on the fords. U loint size should be the same unless the dana 50 uses the dana 60 components.

    This morning 18 degrees, started without any issue. Sounded great aand had power right away. The noise that I usually hear when wait for the glow plugs to warm is different. The new FCIM and re flash makes a huge difference. Good luck guys

    Took it to the local dealer, They said there was a stored code and FICM was the issue. They replaced it under warranty. I will let you guys know how it goes thanks.

    Changed to Rotello T6 syn 5/30 and the symptoms on AM cold start are much better, A slight chug for 2-3 sec when started today at 30 degrees. would that be considered normal? or should I get it reflashed?

    2006 6.0 stock sitting in the drive thru a few days ago, in 4x4 high. went to move ahead and I heard a ding ding. WTF, where the odometer usually shows the milage I see TCB or TBC not sure. only lasted a few seconds then disappeared. NO CEL and no codes when I plugged it in. any thoughts?
