    Pinion bearings

    I have a 2006 Ford F250 at 42k ford replaced noisey pinion bearing. Now at 70k pinion bearing is noisey again. Will ford cover this repair since they fixed it once 28k ago I am out of warranty?

    Trucks back Picked truck up saturday. It has new heads old ones were warped,new oil cooler,new egr valve , new egr cooler. Seems to run alot better more resonsive brakes are a little mushy assume the just need to be bled because of them lifting cab off.:thumbs l

    Have a 06 6.0 41k new egr valve now ar 46k running bad and using coolant was egr code dealer took egr out real dirty for 5k miles. Mechanic called ford hotline they told him to tear apart probably head gasket or cracked head. Has anyone had heads or gaskets replaced if so does this fix problem...

    Took truck in and whinning was a bad pinion bearing 40K miles and chrome was comming off bearings. What ever happend to " Built Ford Tough" ???

    IT is a mid pitch whine if I had to guess it kinda sounds like a noisey bearing. I know it isn't tires or power steering.

    2nd belt 14000 miles 06 6.0

    Thanks for input will have to schedule it back to dealer have them put another on and check things out. Dealer said book calls for 2 hours to put new belt on they have to R&R radiator to do it.

    I have a 06 f250 6.0 I'm on my second belt it was fine for a while after they replaced it but, it is sqeeking again at idle. Anyone had this problem or have any ideas whats happening.
