As far as I have heard the front is no problem going to 4.10's or even 3.73, however I have been told by many gear companies that Ford is really the only one with gears for the Dana 135...

    My mileage numbers are around 10-11. Still dissapointing but better then 8-9. Still hard to keep my foot out of it:D I can't really expect too much with 4.88's. Sorry about the vids guys, I'm gonna get my bro to film me- just been tied up... working on a turbo for my snowmobile:sly

    sorry its been a long thread... I was trying to snowmobile this past week (all while recieving calls from ford about the rig). silver- they had to cut the downpipe, not sure what was going on or why, but they had to have the exhaust shop do it... red- something in the turbo caused...

    Got it home!!! Ford warrantied about $2400 (turbo, intercooler, oil leak) we paid $240 for the exhaust shop screwing around with the 4in down pipe. Not a bad deal...

    They said it could be due to something sticking in the turbo (I don't know if its open or closed either)... As far as i know there is no computer chip on the truck ;) The only problem is the 4 inch downpipe is making dealing with the turbo hard, I guess we're just payin for a little extra...

    dont know if anyone is still lookin at this thread... but, we blew the intercooler (is it only wierd to me that the boots didn't go before the cooler itself)... anyway, ford will check the turbo for any thing that would make it over boost and replace the intercooler. thanks guys -T

    Intercooler boots are all in tact. Seems like there was some coolant spillage or boil over... Good news is its at the dealer and we just got finished test driving a killer f350 HD edition... Could turn out to be a nice trip:sly

    The dpf came off last week. so far about 300 miles on it. We went with 6inch GR stacks, built a straight pipe right off of the downpipe (to keep it all 4 inch until the t-pipe), used spartan diesel tuning (thanks Matt), and got a deal on an aFe intake.     Clear or smoked is way better than euros... You can't really go too wrong, it'll look way cleaner than stock.

    Ordered my stacks... 6inch GR mitres. I got them off ebay so hopefully they show up! I had credit on my Paypal account so it only cost 404.00 rather than 575.00 My cut at is the smaller ebay stores have more in stock... Still picking a DPF delete program -T
