Wrecked it.
Yeah I thought that it did real well for that crash myself. But I just heard today that they are going to total it. Wrecked it.
Well no whiplash so far. I went and looked at it yesterday and the body shop owner in his opinion says it on the line of be totaled.But it hasnt been estimated yet. Since it is the weekend No one will get around to looking at it until at least Monday. So now I just gotta wait and see if it will...- bmfdt

Brakes quiting, help
On my way to work tonight I also started thinking about the booster. I think that is the problem. When the pedal does feel hard I have to stand on it but the truck will still stop just not easy. And it reminded me of driving my friends non power brake truck. Guess I gotta take it to a mechanic...- bmfdt

Ok the other day I had bambie stop in front of me and didnt want to do my 05 front end conversion just yet, so I slammed on the brakes. Now when I'm driving the brake pedal will feel stiff barely pushing on it, get soft, and then stiff again and to stop I have to stand on the brakes. Obviously...- bmfdt

U joint removal?
The u joint just got damaged when the driveshaft broke loose. The part I broke are the 4 bolts holding the rear u joint to the differential. I did that by dumping the clutch. When it happened it slammed the end of the driveshaft into the ground, muffler, and wherever else it hit damaging the u...- bmfdt

U joint removal?
Thanks for the input. I finaly got it by using a 21mm socket and just beating it with a sledge hammer after I removed the driveshaft. Lets just say neither end of that socket can be used again. Now I just have to go to the dealership and order the two clamps that bolt the u joint to the...- bmfdt

U joint removal?
Ok well I snapped the bolts holding my driveshaft to the pumpkin. So far I got a new u joint and replacement bolts but cant seem to get the old u joint off. I removed the clips on both sides. From what I understand I need to get a C clamp and use a socket to compress the old one till it comes...- bmfdt
