Well I found out that if I test it while someone cranks it over It will show a faulty FICM Too so any other guesses?

48 volts or above is OK for the FICM. I do not know what else you can check, but you might Google FICM tests.

Yeah I tested while cranking.It shows 48.2 well within spec.
The batteries show 12. each.they did start to slow down tho after all of the cranking so I have them on charge.This wouldn;t be the HPOP would it.Boy I hope not.It never had a "lope" to the engine.Not sure if that is a sign of a bad hpop or not

The Batts should show 13+ static, 14+ running. How old are they ??

I'd get them [EACH] Load tested.

I wouldn't be thinking HPOP.. just yet.
