2000 F-250 Power loss after appr. 30 minutes of highway travel

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM IN MY 2002 F250...IT WAS THE CAM POSITIONING SENSOR....APPARENTLY THEY GO OUT AFTER A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF MILES..BEEN A COMMON PROBLEM WITH FRIENDS OF MINE WHO ALSO HAVE SUPERDUTYS....AFTER I HAD IT INSTALLED MY TRUCK RAN NORMAL...

Jesse, lose the Caps Lock. It is SHOUTING and it is hard to read. The cam position sensor does go out after a while. There is no time or distance that seems to be the "amount" before it needs to be replaced. Keep a spare one in the glove box before you get stranded on the road.
