Just installed the new Bilsteins today.....WHAT a difference!!!:D

The boat ride is finally over....She drives like a truck should now. I was a little skeptical about them being that much better but boy, was I wrong.

I should have done this a lot sooner....and so easy to install. It took me longer to find the correct tools than it did to install them.

THANKS to all that reccomended them! KUDOS!!!!:sweet

Y'all are killin' me. My new set of Bilstien's are laying in the garage and my back is out so I can't install them! I can't wait to see if they really make that much of a difference in my ride. My 04' is pretty stiff, feels like it would ride fine without any shocks!

Hey Red,
I'll be glad to send you the E-Bay link I bought them from, paid $250.00 with free shipping. But, I would be glad to let you crawl under the truck and install them for me. Might even add a cold frothy beverage to the deal! ;tu
Thanks, I'm getting better, might be able to do the job Saturday AM.

if you decide to add some lift i have a new set of the Bilstein 5100s for a 3-6 lift on the 99-04 trucks.

I will let them go for less than the ebay ones.

as far as install you can mount them any way you want. but they are usually installed per the stamped part number and logo on them (and sticker) which in most cases is boot down.. but I always run bootless.

Bush,
What I got was a the Bill from the company stating that they had limited l/t warranty. I did make sure they came from a ligit company and not someones garage!
