If you go with a permanently mounted gauge do not mount it like THIS It needs to have some fuel line between the gauge and the regulator to absorb the pulses from the pump or it will self destruct. By the time I drove to and from work (46 miles) mine was DOA when I got home.

I couldn't make this stuff up if I tried.
He's gotta own an OBS and not be a mechanic. Any SDD members come to mind?

So he'll try to get by here later today and put it back together. He added that if my cam shaft was worn the pump wouldn't work properly.
