Getting Logged Off

I'm still having to enter my password every time I access this site.
I'm still getting logged off in the middle of posting.
This upgrade did absolutely nothing to make surfing at SDD a pleasure.
It's still a nightmare as compared to every other forum I frequent.
Why SDD can't keep me logged on is still a mystery because for four years it was fine.



BigK I'm a bit disappointed that this site is screwed up because it's my favorite.
I've sent PMs to CHPMustang and 95_stroker concerning this log off problem.
I don't post here much any more because of this hassle.

I dont know what to tell you Richard, the problem is not on the software end.

If others are having this issue they are not expressing it to us....

It always keeps me logged in.

I have actually looked at this issue quite a bit for you.

I have tried 3 different computers, 3 different browsers, 3 different internet connections, 5 different OS's (XP, VISTA, Linux, HPUX, SunOS)

I can't no reproduce this issue at all.

Personally, I have been logged in at home for over 4 months now, and never been logged out.

So unless others are having this issue, it is a CLIENT issue for sure.

I know this isn't helping, but it is a place to continuing looking for the solution.

If you want to peruse this course of action, I am more than willing to help.

I use to have the same problem I went in a cleared all my cookies out and then started from scratch. I haven't had single problem since. I have been logged on for a month and never was kicked off. Hope the problem works out for you. I'm sure it is very frusterating

I am having the same problem that Richard has.
1. I have to enter my pass word every time I access this site.
2. I also get logged off when I switch to the next page or a differant forum.
3. My internet service is wowway.com

What browser are you using?

Also, Are you checking "Remember Me"?

Yes I am checking "rember me ".
I do not know what browser refers to.
