i had some scattered hash browns last night with salt & ketchup, along with 2 pieces of toast, and an western omlette.

Everytime I fly into Bush Intercontinental Airport there in Houston I stop at the Waffle House right there on the way to 1960. Not in Texas for more than an hour and already feasting on a patty melt plate, scattered, smotherd, covered, chunked. I'll probably eat there once every other day while at home. America's Place to Eat.

These Hawaiian's don't have any waffle houses here. Probably because they won't serve spam and eggs. Hahaha.

Darn it, now I have to go out in the cold weather and get a Waffle House fix....

My wife won't eat at Waffle House anymore.

I was so happy when we got our house and I found one about 2 miles away.

scattered, smothered and chunked with over easy eggs mixed in and a splop of ketchup. Grits with butter, salt and cold, diced tomato; or, with soft scrambled eggs, bacon, tomato and cheese mixed in.

We've got a WH in Bloomington but it sucks....in fact, none of them any more are like my alltime favorite WH in Friendswood/NASA. Anyone who thinks they're all the same hasn't been to enough of them.
