Air in the fuel rail?

I'm thinking it was more fuel from when I was trying to get it to start that had either accumulated in the manifolds, turbo, or the shell of what was the cat. I'm thinking that as it got hot in the exhaust well close to burning temps that's why i was blowing the smoke. Ryan suggested that one of the copper gaskets might not have sealed well if the problem continued. That's my guess for the time being.
