It might not be a joke. I used to work with a lady who remarried her ex husband. I heard that he came to the wedding wearing his dark green khaki work clothes. As far as her, she wasn't as attractive (in the face) as the gal in these pictures. She was as much of a country hick as you'll ever see (not making fun of her, just stating the facts).

Remember the "Beverly Hillbillies" movie, when all the relatives were flying to Hollywood for Elly Mae's wedding, and one of them asked "Did someone invite cousin Bill?" and the next scene showed the White House and Clinton's voice asking "Hey Hillary, where's my tie?".
