It's no PS cuz the sticker on the motor itself says "International by Navistar"

Check on the driver's door area for the manufactured date. That could tell a difference also. In addition, what does the "badge" along with the F250 state on the fender. Does it say "TurboDiesel", or just "Diesel", or is it a decal that says "PowerStroke Diesel"?
