Oil filter fiasco

And according to them if you run this filter and their oil you can "set it and forget it" for 25,000 miles. Any takers?

I don't know if I'd want to let it go for 25,000 miles. Seems waaaay too long. Don't think it's worth screwing up an engine by taking a chance. Guess I'm a bit leery of something like that.
