Subs in a crew cab OBS

Don, I wont kid you, it was tight. Per JL's site the subs needed just a hair over 1 cu ft and I was right at 1 cu ft.

IIRC the bottom of the box was about 7" deep and it tapered up to the top that was about 3.5" deep. The hieght of the box was from the floor pan behind the seat to where the carpet tucked into the moulding at the rear window, for those of you with an OBS in the driveway you can go measure that height. Width off the top of my head was about 14 or 15 inches. Please remember, I am recalling all these measurements from rusty memory.

How did you come up with 1cu.ft.?


I just added it up and came up with .4 cu.ft. not 1 cu.ft.
