Some pictures.

Here are a few pictures of the parts for our winter project. The 428 block is at the machine shop getting machined. Our 4.16 bore Ross Racing Pistons are on B/O, so the machine shop is waiting for them to hone the cylinders.
The intake valves are 2.19 and exhaust 1.75.
The other box of valves are 2.25 intakes for our 427/484 project.

16 years in, it could be a number of things. May not be the youngsters doing. Have you had the door off the tranny off and the gears out at any point? My last Sporty had trans gremlins.

Havent had a chance to look into it yet, been unbelievably busy (really, you wouldnt believe the last 4 weeks). The noise came on rather suddenly and it is a low mile (for its age, 20K miles) so I dont fully know what all might be wrong, but for the first 19,500 miles this thing has been rock solid.
