Based on what you said (harness wiggle test), it sounds like a likely problem. Trouble is, over the internet it is hard to rule out a bad connector on the harness or even issues with the FICM plugs. Removing the FICM to get a close look at the plugs/connectors would be good. Check for bent pins. Checking continuity on the harness wires would be good also, if you have the tools and room to do so.
Well lets put it this way the plugs on the harness aren't clipped together and can't be they barely go in and no audible click is heard secueing them not does it feel secure, I check the ficm every time I remove it and it's pins look good

Just as an fyi - that FICM harness is expensive .... around $250 to $300. I don't want to tell you that it is bad without knowing for sure. At least not for that kind of money!

Common chafe points:
Upper left valve cover or valve cover stud near the FICM
Intake manifold bolts where the harness routes under the air intake hose

Well with the clips not audibly clicking in and with the wiggle test having rough running I am thinking it might be a viable option to replace it anyways, I will pull it out tomorrow and post up some pictures of it

Well here is the ficm harness had a couple oil soaked plugs and one that is falling apart, guess it's time to replace it

Well I have solved the issues, installed new harness today after waiting for stupid UPS to deliver it yesterday.

It now will start hot no problem, so the issue was the FICM harness definitely money well spent
Only thing now is a random contribution code, and some running rough. Maybe it is from air in the high pressure oil system?

Not the same contribution code twice either (cyl 5 then cyl 6)

Kinda scared to take it for a hard drive, no cell service and worried it will die lol

Glad to hear! I would run it awhile, including a number of reasonably hard accelerations, to clear the air out. Then clear the codes and see what (if anything) comes back.

Yeah I am thinking I might go out and do that now, want to check and make sure it still runs good before work on Monday

Anything to expect while doing hard accelerations or driving? Any bucking or missing I shoikd expect?
