    UPDATE: Did the High Pressure Oil System leak test and the system is leaking. The air noise is present under both valve covers. I will be checking the High Pressure Oil Rails and the connector for the HPOP this weekend.

    Well, I hot the heads done last summer and they did the FICM then. That was at about 90K miles. The truck has about 98K now. i guess the question is how often does the HPOP go out? I am not down with easter egging this thing. It runs fine once it starts. Can the SCT scan for this as well?

    Fuel leak

    Update. Got fuel filter o ring kit and replaced all the o rings on the fuel filter bowl on motor. Looks like this has taken care of the problem. Currently no leaks.

    There is fuel leaking from my fuel filter housing on the engine. I believe it is from the plate on the front of the housing. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you have to do?     Driveshaft Help

    The bearing itself should not have any play. The rubber that suppors the bearing will have some play but not alot. Those carrier bearings will make a lot of racket if they are bad and you will get a lot of extra vibration in the driveline that you should be feeling in the seat of you pants.

    I used a band clamp on the down pipe to keep this from happening and it is a better fit than the U-bolts. I also get a little soot from the same spot on my MBRP. I have considered band clamps for the remaining joints but have not been that worried about it to get back under there to do it...

    Thank you, I used a napa filter the first time and this time used the ford filter. I will continue to use ford or international filters. I have not been draining the HFCM but will from now on.

    I just replaced my fuel filters and in the water seperator there was some white milky stuff in there. Was this water or could it be something else?
