The Diehard Platinum Batteries are AGM batteries. This means absorbed glass mat. You will not be able to hear them "sloshing". The liquid in the battery is absorbed, similar to a gel battery like optima. This is why these batteries are more resistant to vibration/ shock and can ge mounted on...
I have an AstroStart system installed on my 7.3L. With the block heater plugged in, the truck starts in -25* F. Get the one with the two way remote so it sends you a confirmation signal when it starts.
I had the same thing happen, as mentioned above it was the fuse under the hood. It blew when I flat towed my parents jeep (no diode to prevent feedback).
Did you by chance compress the calipers without removing the master cylinder cap? If so you could have caused damage to the master cylinder. I would re bleed the system and make sure the master is creating pressure and maintaining it.
Yeah thats my biggest problem right now. Im only 22 and im working on buying a town house for 60K. Not many options out there. It should work out though I still plan to move by August. 2 weeks ago I had to stay in dickinson cause williston had no vacancy.

Changed the front diff fluid and re painted the diff cover. Replaced the fuel bowl filter (much needed), Power steering fluid and changed the t-case fluid. Now all fluids have been changed since ive owned the truck. Bought at 160,000 and im at 210,000 now.
Yes use sythetic. Both my front and rear have synthetic and are sealed with black RTV. They use a silicone gasket maker right from the factory. As far as I know, mine did not have a paper gasket.
I really dont think you should use concrete blocks to support your jacks. I know of more than one case where those cracked and the truck fell. I understand your need for higher lifting height, so i would build some steel bases to set those jacks on. Other than that I like the truck alot. And I...
I like it, its a really clean look. Did you use automotive paint and a sprayer or did you use a can of spray paint? Either way it looks great and I hope it holds up well.
