    I hear that the Donahoe lift kits are the one's preferred for the SuperDuty's. The dealership back home uses those lift kits on the "Regency Conversion". Looking to put one on in my truck once the cash starts flowing in. Looked around, and basically everyone told me that Donahoe is the way to go.

    Good point there, Roy. Being that this is the only vehicle I use, it would be pointless to have somebody help me to drop off the truck at the dealership and find other forms of transportation. I guess I'll just have to keep my eye on the 'ol gas gauge and see how much I can really fill up...

    So is there a TSB on the front end shimmy? If so, what is the name or recall # of it? That way I can get it done and not worry about driving over any potholes. Besides, I thought that was one of the reasons in buying a 4WD truck, so you can basically drive over anything.

    Sorry to hear about the news there, Bama. Of what I have read in these posts is that you put the truck in 4WD on pavement. Doesn't that mess up the driveline? At least that is what the manual says. I thought doing that was a no-no. And on the drag strip? Dang!!! Somebody needs to explain...

    Actually, I change them every 10,000 miles or whatever the manual requires. I guess I must have got my numbers wrong. Like I said, I'm about due on another fuel filter change and I needed a new cap. I have put a lot miles on my truck since my last filer change.
