    what is your egts running know? as far as how much diffence the temp is between pre and post. its something like 400* but could be more when towing up hill or blasting away at a light.

    gts kits is a very nice kit it comes with everything needed to hook it up.i have some pic of my install.you will see what all has to come off to take it out to clean it.once you got it out you can take it to any radorator shop for cleaning and check it for holes

    Ok, Injector cups replaced/all well but now have smoke

    i would watch the coolant ,but i think it is just smokeing because you just did injectors.still have air in the system and what ever you did get out of the cyclinder before putting the injectors back in.give it a few days and watch it.mine smoke for a day or two this last time i did injectors.

    i get this code from making to much boost.try a pop off value or a air regular set at about 20 psi. pulling hay you could easly just made to much boost up a hill or just getting out of the feild. just my 2 cents
