    Don't know exactly the noise you have but my 06 was making a whistle and it ended up being the coolant cap on the degas bottle. I changed it and whistle went away

    Nope the truck doesn't smoke at all not even a little. Like I said the programmer is on for fuel mileage. The cap was bad and making a whistle noise so I replaced it now it has the small puke problem .

    2006 F350 Superduty 6.0 Harley Davidson crew cab with 36000 miles truck has Juice w/attitude,airaid air box, Bully Dog exhaust. Juice only used to increase fuel mileage and not abused.

    Coolant coming out of degas tank cap :dunnoHad a bad cap degas tank coolant cap so I replaced it and now I have coolant leaking from it any ideas why this is happening? Tank level isn't to high and temp gauge is right in th middle after letting truck run for 10 minutes then driving 30 minutes.

    Well I think the mystery has been solved thanks to the forum. The other day I looked under the hood to check some suggestions given and saw a small dried coolant spot on the reservoir cap so I changed it and the sound hasnt happened sisnce. Thanks for all the help.

    I have a 2006 Super Duty with the 6.0 it has 35000 miles and just started to make a weird noise upon acceleration and when you take your foot out of the fuel pedal. Any idea what this noise is? I doesn't do it if you press the pedal hard or accelerate hard and only does at lower speeds.
