    Yep thats exactly what mine looked like. Dunked her in some cleaner and she was all free. poped it back in and away we went. only had 15k on her. Think the last guy let her idle all the time. If I do I jack the idle switch up.

    Alright Well I got a scanner today and it is P0404 Exhause Gas recirculation circuit. So my question is, is it the valve or the cooler that is plugging up. I read some TSBs on it and it says that If you use the Cetane that it loosens up all the crap so Im sure it wasnt used prior to me owning it...

    The level is good checked it. I turned the programmer off and it seems to be ok I need to get the engine light checked and cleared to see what the problem is.
