    I may be wrong because i donthavent put a lift on my last few trucks but when i did it seems like up to 4" you wont have to make any mods @ 6" thnk you have to do driveshaft after that i dont know

    yes sct will run on the new flashes...when u take your truck in for service you need to return the truck to the stock setting on tuners otherwise you end up in your position it can mess with the electronics and yeah ditch the k&n asap...welcome to the newbie hopefully smbody will be able to help...

    sorry for taking so long//where i live the diesels do not have to have emmisions testing done so i cant be any help in that area but i wouldnt think it would affect it that much if when you took it in you turned the tune down to stock i may be wrong but i think that the exhaust would affect it...
