    I put a H&S Minimax on mine. You can download a free tune on it called the Hot Damn. Also you can buy tunes from KEM performance (Nutty Professor himself) Very good programmer for sure! The 3 best ones and most talked about would be Spartan, H&S and SCT.

    If you read the forums on tuners. Higher hp tunes Do give you better fuel economy. As long as u can keep your foot off the skinny pedel haha. They say if you keep our trucks below 20psi of boost and 2000 rpms (which is very hard) we can get a little more mpgs. I havent did a test with mine...

I know its a different type of dash but another place you could try if you want to put a double din radio in is called Installer.com - the parts that pro car stereo, home theater and electronics installers use - do it yourself...
